Recently I’ve been addicted to the kitty collecting game called Neko Atsume. I just completed my cat book album with the elusive Frosty
All of the cats in the game are very cute, with names like Sunny, Mrs Fortune, Lady Meow Meow (apparently is supposed to resemble Anna Wintour), Guy Furry (Guy Fury? hah!) etc. The art is adorable and I just had to have them on my nails.
From my thumb to pinkie: Tubbs, Willie, Guy Furry, Mrs Fortune, and Sunny in a cake box.
Hello! Today I did a simple freehand manicure to compliment F.U.N. Lacquer Happy Ending. Happy Ending is a lovely blurple (blue x purple) holographic with tiny flecks of gold glitter. The color is beautiful and most stunning under direct light as shown in my photos. Just a small word of warning, this polish does contain glitter so like any other glitter polish, it may require some extra effort to remove. I did not experience any staining.
piCture pOlish Glitch is a dark turquoise-y forest green scatter holo (the mix has hints of yellow). piCture pOlish is known for its signature scatter holo mixes and this is no exception. I originally thought it would be nearly identical to piCture pOlish enchanting but it seems to be a significant shade darker in the same hue. Glitch’s scatterholo mix also seems a bit more complex than enchanting.
See below for a comparison of the colors. I also have full swatches of enchanting here.
One of my favorite color combinations is Blue and Orange. (If it was not evident already based on Petite Peinture’s color scheme, or my personal website ) I decided to try a watermarble with the beautiful Julep Danielle and Julep Briana that Julep gave us as part of the #BravePretty campaign.
Sailor Jupiter has always been one of my favorite sailor scouts. Although green is not my favorite color, something about her character drew me to her. Maybe it’s her special ability or something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I used the gorgeous scatter holo green piCture pOlish Hercynia as the dominant color for this look. I pulled out all of my greens in my nail polish collection and felt this one worked the best. (All of my other greens had either too much yellow or too much blue in them, I’m a little lacking in the true green department :P).
