This look is inspired by The XX Coexist album cover. I love the simplicity. There’s a beautiful technicolor multi-chrome pattern in the silhouette of their iconic ‘X’ on a stark white background.
To set the mood…
Part 1 | French Tips
I recreated the multi-chrome look from the Coexist album cover on french tips. The lovely thing about multi-chrome polishes is how much it changes a nail art look in various light situations and angles.
Part 2 | Water
I used the water marbling technique to create the technicolor multi-chrome look on my fingers, hand painted the pattern on nails with the X silhouette. This isn’t a true water marble, since most water marble nail looks have a nice swirl effect to it. This technique was used mainly to create some randomness and blend the 4 colors I used together.
