I have another wedding nail art inspiration that will take a simple French manicure into something pretty and delicate for your wedding day.
One of the “Something Old” that came to mind was something that a friend included in her wedding. It was a piece of lace from her mother’s gown that she had incorporated into her own. So I decided to create my own lace nail art. It turned out so lovely that I think I could wear this on any occasion!
How are you planning on decorating your nails for Christmas this year? I created a simple santa nails tutorial to share with you guys today, hopefully there’s an idea here you can grab for your holiday manicure.
I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to purchase another Deborah Lippmann set during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. This one is a Limited Edition Sephora exclusive of nine different Deborah Lippmann polishes that are just perfect for all of your holiday parties. I love these mini sets because you get so many polishes to play with. This set is especially worth the price. It’s currently on sale for $39 at Sephora.com.
Since there were so many polishes, I’ve divided up the posts. The only dupe is Fashion which happens to be a favorite polish so I didn’t mind. All of the others were new for me.
So here’s what you get: Fashion, It’s Raining Men, Between the Sheets, Whatever Lola Wants, Good Girl Gone Bad, Through the Fire, 99 Luftballons, Let’s Go Crazy, and Boom Boom Pow.
Today I’m showing you guys how to do a simple cranberry halfmoon tutorial. This look uses pretty basic colors that compliment almost any outfit. For example, you could easily pair this with a cute white/beige sweater and dark red jeans, or a simple cranberry colored dress for Thanksgiving dinner.
2 coats and a top coat
Aubrey is a medium mauve cream. I think Aubrey and Madeline would pair nicely together in a simple nail art. Aubrey also coated well in two coats so I could easily wear this polish quickly. A great medium tone for this autumn season.
