Tiffany & Co. Inspired

When my then-boyfriend decided he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, he made sure to make the moment special. We were dating about two and a half years, but we already knew we were meant for each other. He surprised me on an annual Sundance Film Festival trip in Utah. I didn’t suspect anything, because he had shipped the ring to his good friend who lived there. And since I was the one who packed our luggage, I did not find anything out of the ordinary.

We went to this beautiful French chateau called La Caille. Imagine wintery snow, surrounding mountains, swans in lakes, peacocks roaming free on the chateau grounds, and a fairy tale atmosphere. We were in the process of taking photos together, when he got down on one knee and opened up a Tiffany box with a gorgeous ring inside! It was one of the happiest moments of my life. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary this past August, and I have never been happier knowing that I will get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend.

I decided to try out a Tiffany box inspired mani, which is a simple Tiffany blue and white ribbon.
